There is a lovely green lawn from the terrace to the edge of the property overlooking the ocean. You will enjoy the private tennis courts, which are also accessible to the other two villas of the “Les Sables d'Or” property, as well as the run course in this exceptional environment between sky and sea.
The villa VAL ANDRE is a charming cottage consisting of two air-conditioned bedrooms. One of them is located on the first floor near the living room. The second one is on the first floor and has a terrace equipped with deckchairs in front of a beautiful ocean view, for very private, pleasant moments of rest. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms and are comfortably furnished, one with a king size bed and the other one with two twin beds that can be converted into a king size bed. For groups or families, the other two villas on the property can be rented together (villa CAF FREHEL and VILLA DAHOUET) to form a four-bedroom complex.
